Registration Fees

Registration Policy

• For each accepted paper, a Regular registration until Oct 31, 2026 is required.
• Student registrations cannot cover any papers.
• Each regular registration covers one accepted paper. The registrant must be an author of the paper being covered. Requests to cover additional papers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional publication fees. Please contact vcip2026@outlook.com before registering.
• Accepted papers not covered by a valid regular registration by 31 October 2026 will be automatically withdrawn from the conference programme and proceedings.
• For regular registrations, "IEEE member" includes IEEE student member.
• Please note that registration is per person. Each person must register individually. There is no group registration, group discounts, or registration on behalf of someone.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to vcip2026@outlook.com no later than 15 November 2026. Additional terms apply.
• Cancellations received before or on Nov 15, 2026 can be considered, but an administrative and platform fee of SGD $200 will be deducted from each refund.
• For cancellations received after Nov 15, 2026, or for registered persons not showing up, no refunds can be made.
• Requests to substitute a registered participant with another individual must be submitted via email to vcip2026@outlook.com no later than 15 November 2026. Requests received after 15 November 2026 will generally not be accepted and may only be approved under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the organisers.
• The original registration category must remain unchanged. For example, if the registered participant is enrolled under the IEEE CAS Member category, the substitute participant must also qualify and register under the IEEE CAS Member category.
• Registration fees cover participation in the Conference only and do not include travel, accommodation, or insurance.
• Registrations made using incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may incur additional charges and may be subject to correction by the organisers.

Liability Disclaimer

The organisers shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the conference. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, visas, accommodation, and related expenses.

Singapore law shall govern all matters relating to registration and participation in the conference.
